APABILA WAKIL KERAJAAN HARAM PERAK JUMPA QUEEN'S COUNSEL.......

An Umno lawyer is understood to have been instructed by the Barisan Nasional (BN) party to seek advice from a Queen’s Counsel in London in an effort to break the constitutional impasse in Perak.

The lawyer is said to have left for London yesterday to meet with an unnamed QC even as the question over the legitimacy of the current MB Datuk Zambry Abdul Kadir is already before the courts here.

British lawyers are occasionally instructed in courts here but only when the expertise is not available locally.

It is not clear if Umno will want to have a QC represent them in court in the lawsuit filed by Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin, who maintains he remains the Perak mentri besar.

Apabila Wakil UMNO berjumpa dengan Queen's Counsel (QC), Wakil UMNO akan membentangkan kes mereka kepada QC tersebut. Macam-macam yang akan diceritakannya yang mana kebanyakan adalah auta saja. Pendek cerita, akan terjadilah perbualan (selepas dialih bahasakan) seperti berikut:-

QC: OK saya dah faham masalah tuan dan bagi saya sikit masa.

Wakil UMNO: Berapa caj yang tuan kenakan?

QC: Tak mahal, biasa saja.

Wakil UMNO: Yalah! Tak mahal tu berapa?

QC: Satu juta paun sterling. Tapi...........

Wakil UMNO: Tapi apa?

Dengan muka yang selamba QC tersebut yang dah tau perangai orang-orang UMNO pun menjawab:-

QC: Di samping sejuta paun, BERAPA NAK TAMBAH KOMISEN TUAN?

Begitulah biasa jika berurusan dengan orang-orang UMNO.
