With the advent of a political stalemate both the Pakatan Rakyat and BN seem to have neutralised the other's strategies. BN's orchestration by threatening 3 ADUNS to join their cause and subsequent BN appointments to the MB and EXCO positions have been met with the exercise of power by state legislative speaker V. Sivakumar who used his powers to suspend the newly minted Menteri Besar and his line of EXCO.

The attack has been thwarted, twisted and finally tamed. The invocation of the powers created by the BN themselves whilst in power previously have nipped them during their coup d' etat.

Now after exhausting all avenues and staring defeat in the face, Zambry was advised to issue a statement stating that the actions of the speaker was a threat to national security, or impliedly suggesting to the Home Ministry to use the ISA against the Pakatan Rakyat representatives.

Having gone through Kuala Terengganu, Permatang Pauh and 8 March 09, the BN have yet to understand that the rakyat has had enough of the ISA; which also means that their end is near.

For all intents and purposes Zambry is not a bright spark even though he has a PhD in Political Science. He was caught in the ISA before with Anwar Ibrahim during the height of Reformasi in 1997; unwittingly acknowledged Sivakumar as the state legislature Speaker; sought the advise of a Queens' Counsel to settle a local case; and now - trying to influence the usage of a barbaric act when all avenues have failed.

Do your worst Zambry, for we will do ours; and ultimately WE WILL PREVAIL!
